Workflow Settings

Under Workflow Settings Administration/Superuser can enable delegate function in which workflow administrators and workflow users to reassign action and information tasks to other users.

The Administration/Superuser can reassign active tasks to a delegate or specify a range of dates in which tasks will be forwarded to a delegate.

Steps to go to Delegate option.

  • Go to the Administrator tab
  • Click on Admin Setting folder.
  • Under Admin Setting folder click on Workflow Settings folder.
  • Click on Delegate sub folder.

Refer the image shown below: Click on Add Delegate to choose a person to whom to delegate tasks by specifying From and To Date. The Administrator/Superuser can Delegate one user's task to another user. Click on Save to save the details.

Note: Delegate option is available to User from the User Profile also.
