The Design Studio in the workflow whose role is to Design Brief Approval gets an email notification.

Within ManageArtworks the same notification can also be found in User's welcome screen Dashboard under My Project (Pending With Me) under Workflow tab

2. What does a Design Studio User do in the Design Brief Approval activity?

Under Request Info form page, the Design Studio User needs to select the required Expected Date for First Cut from the drop-down and it is mandatory. All form fields are non-editable.

3. What are the actions available to the Design Studio?

There are three action buttons available to the reviewers within this activity: Approve, Reject and Save.

  • Approve – Complete the review and move to the next activity.
  • Reject – Send for Clarification to Project Initiator.
  • Save – Save work and revisit later for completing this activity.

4. What is the next step if the Design Studio approves the Design Brief?

Once the Design Studio approves the Design Brief, the activity will move to the next activity (i.e. Concept Presentation By Designer).
