File Properties

The User has the following actions available for each file displayed in the Asset Library: Bookmark – for ease of retrieval. Bookmarked files are collated and displayed by the system. The Bookmared files can be found under the Bookmark icon shown below. Download – for downloading the file. Share – to forward the file to another user by entering the Email Address of the user. Comments can also be provided. Once the user clicks on Share icon a pop screen appears and user needs to enter details like Email Address of the user. Comments can also be provided. Click on Share icon to share the file.
