Escalation Details Master

Steps to add Escalation Details details in the Escalation Details Master as follows:

1. Goto Adminstration-> Click on Masters folder.
2. Under Masters click on Escalation Details Master -> Click on Add Escalation Details Master icon.
3. A Pop-up window appears on the screen where the User needs to enter the required Escalation Details in the text field and Status to Active from the drop down.
4. After entering the details, click on Save save the details.

Once the User clicks on Save the following Escalation Details will be added to the Escalation Details Master. Note:

• Once the Escalation Details is added to the Escalation Details Master cannot be deleted.
• The added Escalation Details can be renamed by Editing and Status can be changed to Active or Inactive.
