Update Design Brief Details

1. How is the Design Team notified of this pending activity?

The Project Initiator is notified by an email after Design Brief Approval by Division user rejects the Design Brief User in the preceeding step.

Pidilite provides each user with multiple inboxes within the Workflow module which are programmed to receive different types of notifications. My Projects: In-progress stores notifications of pending tasks for a user.

My Projects: In-progress notifications are also shown on the home page under Dashboard.

2. Where does the Project Initiator go to see the comments given by the Design Brief Approval by Division?

Comments provided by the Design Brief Approval by Division at the time of rejecting the KLD/ED file is found in the Comments section.

3. How does the Project Initiator uploads the revised KLD/ED Inputs file?

In the Files tab, under Actions, click update icon to upload new version of the artwork from your desktop.

5. Does the system update the version number automatically?

Yes, After you upload the new version of the KLD/ED file from your desktop, see the table in Content Attachment under column titled Version No. where the system has automatically updated the version number.

6. Can the Project Initiatior provide his comments as well?

Go to Comments to provide your comments to the Design Brief Approval User.

7. What happens after the Project Initiator has uploaded the Updated version of Content Attachment?

Pidilite automatically triggers review of the Updated Content Attachment. the Design Brief Approval by Division user selected by the Initiator has to approve for this step to be completed.
