User Profile and Settings

1. How do I view my Profile Information?

After you log in to ManageArtworks, on the top right corner, your user name is displayed. Click on the User Name and View Profile respectively to launch the profile page.

2. How do I find out the rights and Security Permissions assigned to me?

Scroll down the profile page to view the rights and security permissions assigned to you for the different modules within ManageArtworks.

Note: These rights cannot be turned on or off from the profile page. Visit Administration module to modify Rights and Permissions.

3. What do I do to add a Delegate?

In the Profile page, click Add Delegate to add a user to whom you can delegate tasks in your absence. In the pop-up form, fill up the details and click Save to complete adding a delegate.
