On the welcome screen of Pidilite, various modules such as Dashboard, Asset Library, Reports, Workflow and Administration are displayed on the menu bar as shown in the screenshot below. Start a New Project is also present here.
Note: Administration module is visible only to those users who are nominated for administrative tasks.

Under Request Info tab, fill mandatory form fields and select components.
Initiated By and Initiated On are auto-populated by the system. Project Details, Division and Division Code are mandatory fields to be filled by the Project Initiator.
One or more Product Details can be selected. Choose Product Details from the drop-down (mandatory). One or more components can be selected. Choose Component Type from the look-up down (mandatory).

Click + in the Prodcut Details table to add multiple components. Select Component Type from the drop-down.
Go to Files tab, select File Type and Component Type from respective drop down and click Add Files to upload files from your desktop.

Under the Brief Info tab, the Initiator needs to enter some mandatory fields in the Objective sub-tab such as Insight Study, Objective, Target Audience, Positioning, Key Benefits, and Competition Benchmarking.
Note: Based on the selection of Project Details like New Brand Design, Brand Revamp, New Variant, and Assorted Pack, the Objective sub-tab fields auto-populated.

Go to Stakeholders tab to select users for the workflow. Some of the activities can be skipped. Multiple users can be added for an activity. You can set time durations as well
