1. How is the Designer notified of this pending activity?

The Designer is notified by an email after the Design Stuido user completes the Design Studio Approval activity.

Within ManageArtworks the same notification can also be found in Designer welcome screen Dashboard under My Projects (Pending With Me) under Workflow tab.

2. Where does the Designer go to see the Project details and Component details?

Request Info is the default tab displayed when you open an activity in a workflow. Details filled by the Project Initiator are available here. For more details, visit Concept Presentation By Designer

3. Where does the Designer do in this activity?

The Designer clicks the notification to enter Concept Presentation activity. Under Request Info, the Designer needs to select the Update Status field (mandatory) from the drop-down list.

4. How does the Designer uploads the Final Signer-Off Design file and Concept Presentation file?

Files are uploaded under the Files tab by selecting File Type as Final Signer-Off Design and Concept Presentation respectively. Click on Add Files to upload Final Signer-Off Design file and Concept Presentation files respectively from desktop.

There are three action buttons available to the Designer within this activity: Approve, Reject and Save.

  • Save – Save work and revisit later for completing this activity.
