1. How is the Division User notified about the Design Brief Approval by Division activity?

The Division User is notified by an email after the user designated for KLD/ED Inputs has completed the activity.

Pidilite provides the user with multiple inboxes within the Workflow module which are programmed to receive different types of notifications. My Inbox stores notifications of pending tasks for a user.

My Inbox notifications are also shown on the home page under Dashboard.

2. What is the role of the Division User at this stage?

For this activity, the role of the Division User is to review the Brief files uploaded by the user responsible for KLD/ED Inputs task.

3. Where does the Division User go to view the KLD/ED inputs files?

Go to Brief Info to view the uploaded files. The Division User will be able to download the inputs file for reviewing.

4. What does the Division User do to get clarifications on Artwork Inputs?

Click on Reject to send back to the Project Initiator for Update Design Brief Details. List your queries/suggestions in the Comments section. Providing a comment is mandatory when Division User attempts to reject.

5. What happens to the workflow once the Division User submits?

When the Division User clicks on Approve icon, it goes to Design Brief Approval by Design Studio user.
